Return and Exchange Procedures

International Shipping

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal.
We offer return and exchange service only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product within the first 7 days after receiving unless you open and use them. All sales are final after 7 days of delivery made.
The item you want to exchange should be unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used. Shipping is not refundable. You can only exchange product for once per receipt.
Please note: 5% handling fees charge will be charged.

Non-returnable items

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of products under certain conditions, including:
Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receiving.
Any product that has been opened or used.
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any discount, clearance or sale product.
Any free gift product, accessory and samples.

Transaction complete

If customers do not apply for return or refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, it means the transaction is completed. We will NOT take any responsibility of this transaction and will NOT accept any refund or return request.


We will not take any responsibility of the quality of free gift or samples.
We will not take responsibility in problems caused by incorrect or improper use of our products.
We reserved rights to stop, change or cancel any special offer or discount without notice.
In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
